The Police Aero​ Club of WA (Inc) was formed to promote and encourage private flying amongst members of the Police Force of Western Australia and other persons connected with the Police Force of Western Australia.

It also strives to provide flying instruction to the highest possible standard at the lowest possible cost and to affiliate with other flying clubs.

The Constitution of the Police Aero Club of WA (Inc) allows the following persons to become members:

• All members of the Police Force of Western Australia.
• All members and staff of the Western Australia Police Union of Workers.
• All members of the Public Service of Western Australia who are employed within the Western Australia Police.
• Such other persons as may be approved by the Association.​
